CCI delivered a comprehensive, full turn-key renovation of the Type D two-bedroom residence at Shoreline Apartments on the Trunk of Palm Jumeirah. Throughout the renovation, the emphasis was on high-quality finishes, premium workmanship and elevated lifestyle appeal. Natural stone flooring and feature wall cladding were applied in large format, bespoke joinery was crafted in refined wood veneers with soft-close hardware, and sanitaryware and fittings were selected from best-in-class European brands. Ceiling detailing incorporated concealed lighting troughs and shadow gaps for a crisp, premium aesthetic.
