Shoreline 12 Type A
Despite the client’s budget-conscious brief, CCI delivered a full renovation that achieves a premium aesthetic through smart material selection, meticulous detailing, and exceptional workmanship. The design prioritised high-impact finishes that elevate the home’s overall value without unnecessary overspend. Large-format porcelain tiles were used throughout the bathrooms and living spaces to create a seamless, contemporary look, paired with matte-black brassware for a refined contrast. Custom-made vanities and joinery in warm walnut tones provide a sense of luxury and durability, complemented by Calacatta-inspired sintered stone for worktops, splashbacks, and integrated basins—chosen for its elegant veining, stain resistance, and long-term performance. The lighting design incorporates layered indirect illumination, concealed LED channels, and back-lit mirrors to enhance mood, depth, and spatial comfort without relying on costly architectural fittings.
CCI’s execution ensured that cost efficiency never compromised build quality. Every detail—from shadow-gap transitions and wall-hung sanitary ware to the precision of mitred stone edges and aligned grout lines—reflects a standard of craftsmanship typically associated with higher-budget projects. The kitchen was fully re-planned for functionality, with handle-less cabinetry, soft-close systems, and integrated storage to maximise usability and maintain a sleek, modern finish. Through disciplined value engineering, supplier negotiation, and efficient project management, CCI delivered a home that feels bespoke, cohesive, and high-end, all while respecting the client’s financial framework—resulting in a final product that exceeded expectations both aesthetically and functionally.
