This 3,200 sq.ft. Tiara Tanzanite apartment underwent a full transformation by CCI, converting the original three-bedroom layout into a highly efficient and spacious four-bedroom residence—without compromising circulation, storage, or comfort. CCI re-engineered the internal planning to optimise space usage, improve zoning, and maximise natural light across all living areas. Reconfiguration, smart MEP rerouting, and bespoke joinery solutions allowed the additional bedroom to be integrated seamlessly, giving the home a more functional family-oriented layout. Premium finishes were selected for both durability and aesthetics, including large-format European porcelain, custom-built walnut wardrobes with integrated lighting, fluted detailing, and full-height solid doors with concealed hardware.
